Absolutely terrible worst place ever

Pizza was great and so was customer service

The waitress was excellent. They were shorthanded but she did a great job. I'm not sure why but since they added a drive thru they no longer have fountain drinks. When we went last month they didn't have ice. This time they had ice but they had to go down the street to get it since they don't have an ice machine anymore which makes no sense. They also didn't have any diet drinks .

Not friendly or helpful. Spotty quality on pizza...sometimes good, sometimes not.

Last two times I ordered from this location it has been bad. Tonight my order came to me wrong and I was on hold for over 10 minutes listening to their phone promos before being hung up on. The time before this my pizza was burned so bad that my dogs would not eat it. The wings delivered were cold and under cooked, and the garlic knots were also overcooked to the point of all the cheese running out onto the pan.

We sat there for at least 15 minutes with no service. The waitress only approached one table of customers she appears to have previously known while ignoring us. Additionally, the phone rang for at least 5 minutes straight before finally being answered. Then it rang again for at least just as long, and it was still ringing when I finally gave up and left. Also they appear to have the world's oldest menu.

I had a great experience today at Pizza Hut. Great food excellent service!!

They were so sweet and handled this one horribly rude lady so well!!

So we sat there for 20 minutes in the almost empty restaurant. The staff brought the other table a menu, but not us. Additionally, the phone was ringing for minutes at a time while no one answered it. Finally we left when we heard people complaining they had ordered pizza 30 minutes ago and it still wasn't ready. So basically don't go here.

1/2 the menu , dirty , only take cash but don’t tell you that till you have the food. Walk in and your not sure if they are still in business or not.

The food really was good and the lady who helped us was very kind and helpful. Problem is the inside is dull, all drinks were can or bottle and just very sad. The delivery people seemed to be busy so hopefully they are doing well.

Booths were horribly nasty. No specials for dine in. No glasses or ice for drinks, bottled water only that wasn’t cold. Service was terrible. Bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Dirty dishes on several tables. Wont be back.

Never will order pizza from the Pizza Hut in Ashdown, Arkansas.... Poor, Poor, Poor service, & very rude, & the pizza was burnt to the point I throwed it in the trash!.... 😈😈😈

Love this Pizza Hut, never super busy, always good pizza and fast service.

Nobody would answer the phone for an hour. I ended up having to drive to go order because they didn't pick up. The food tasted alright but they have terrible service.

I tried calling them 3 different times for a total wait time of 35 minutes. When I finally got the pizza, after an hour and a half, it was cold. Don't waste your time or money. DiGiorno makes a great frozen pizza.

Drive thru is good, however, the dine-in service was horrible. The waitress was very rude, unfriendly and acted like everything bothered her. The menus were blacked out with markers and options were limited. Very run down and unprofessional. None of the cheese or pepper deals were full or had anything in them. Waitress acted upset that we asked her for more. She refused to use gloves while handling ALL food. Floors inside were filthy, and the booths were sticky and unkept. My son had to use the restroom and there was no paper towels. It was unclean as well. I am highly dissatisfied in what our local Pizza Hut has become. Used to be super nice and family oriented. Absolutely blows me how away bad it was. Hopefully they will start taking initiative to make some positive changes.

Yummy fresh food, and friendly staff!

Good food but they screw up my order often. They almost always forget to put the butter seasoning on the crust and tonight they gave me a brownie instead of the cookie that I ordered. When I tried to call them to complain, all 3 times I got put on hold forever. Gave up and just decided to leave a review here instead. Be sure to check that your order is correct before you leave. I have finally learned my lesson.

Dont order online. I only ordered 5 cheese sticks. My app told me the food was ready. But they didnt even start it. 30 minutes later I finally got my food.

Food was good and server was nice enough, but disappointed that with 2 hours until they closed on a Saturday night there was no offer to fix more unsweetened tea or offer to make more sweet tea when one of our party got the last of it. Server just informed her that it was all the sweet tea.

So yummy never have a problem
